Local Storage

hextorgb uses your browser's localStorage to save:

• Your recent colors (up to 12 colors)
• Your dark mode preference

This data is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage or using your browser's "Clear Site Data" feature.

Client-Side Processing

All color conversions, image processing, and tool functionality happens entirely in your browser. When you:

• Convert colors between formats
• Upload an image to the color picker
• Generate gradients or palettes
• Check color contrast

None of this data leaves your device. The processing happens using JavaScript running in your browser.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how our tools are used. If implemented, these analytics will:

• Not track individual users
• Not use cookies
• Only collect aggregate, anonymous data
• Respect Do Not Track browser settings

Third-Party Services

hextorgb is hosted on Vercel. We use Google Fonts to serve the Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces. These services may collect anonymous usage data according to their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there's no personal information to access, correct, or delete. Your locally stored preferences can be cleared through your browser settings at any time.

Children's Privacy

hextorgb does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Our tools can be used by anyone without providing personal information.
